We’re sorry you didn’t love your garment. All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with the tags still attached and hygiene strips still in tact.
Please use our returns & exchanges portal here to request a return and details on how to send your item(s) back to us. Please do not 'return to sender' without notifying us first.
Once your return has been received, it will be inspected by our team. Any items that are considered to be used or damaged will sadly be refused for a refund with the exception of faulty items. Please see more on this below.
Successful returns will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
Exchanges

Successful exchanges will be shipped to you within 2-4 days.
Faulty Items
At Ossa Stark we thoroughly check all orders for any faults before dispatching and carefully package to ensure your items arrive to you in perfect condition.
If you feel you have received a faulty item please email grace@ossastark.co.uk or use our returns & exchanges portal within the 14 day return period to request a return and details on how to send it back to us.
All faulty items returned will be inspected by our team on receipt. Any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We also cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed.
Please advise if you would like a replacement for your faulty item when you contact us about the fault. If the item is not in stock we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Manufacturing Seconds/Old Stock
Occasionally, Ossa Stark will offer manufacturing seconds or old stock at a discounted price.
Manufacturing seconds and old stock are non refundable. The following faults may occur:
- Sizing smaller and not true to size
- Uneven joins at the back
- Visible threads
- No care labels/size pips
Please note, we do not offer a free returns label.
